General Imformations

1. The cost of prospectus-cum-application form will not be refunded under any circumstance.
2. Any attempt on the part of a candidate, his parents or relatives to canvass or bring influence to beat upon the competent author, directly or indirectly for securing admission will lead to disqualification.
3. The candidate is admitted on the basis of incorrect information, the student will be removed from the institute and all fees and other dues paid/liable to be paid up till date of such removed shall be forfeited/charged. Any further action as deemed suitable, may also be taken by the institution against such student.
4. The application form should be filled carefully in block and legible letters and signed by the canditate. All claims made in the application must be supported with documentary proof. Application which are incomplete in respect of the required particulars of lack then essential documents will be reiected.
5. In case of any ambiguity in the rules. the interpretation by the chairman, State admission Committee shall be final.
6. A Student who violates the above conditions willfully or otherwise shall be liable to face expulsion.
7. Instruction/direction to modify/change the condition can be issued by the association prior to counseling with the prior approval of the state admission committee.
8. Objection if any, about the contents/conditions of the eligibility mentioned in the prospectus can be raised in the form of a reprensentation to the competent. Authority before the start of counseling.
